WaterVending 3.1

WaterVending is a mobile application designed for consumers to purchase water without the need for coins, streamlining the vending process. To utilize this application, users must first become members of a participating local retail water store.

The app functions by securely storing a consumer's vending key and generating a QR code that transmits the specified volume of water to the merchant's application.

Instructions for Use:

1. Users must register as members of the memberVending system at www.retailwaterstore.com through a local Retail Water Store merchant. Self-registration is not permitted; registration must be facilitated by the merchant from whom you intend to purchase water. Inquire with local Water Store merchants about their participation in the memberVending system.
2. After registration, the merchant will provide a user ID and activation code, which will be sent to you via email from the memberVending system.
3. Download the “WaterVending” app to your mobile device. Once installed, open the app and navigate to the settings tab to enter your user ID and activation code to retrieve your vending key.
4. Select the “Vending” tab within the app, specify the desired number of gallons, and tap “Get Vending QRCode.”
5. Finally, scan the generated QR code using the merchant’s memberVending system scanner to complete your purchase. Ensure that the QR code is positioned within the viewfinder on the scanning device.
